We want to both preserve the memory of our horses, and set the standard for retirement. We will do this by building a visible haven of safety and comfort for our equine friends. We exist because horses made an impact on our lives. They helped in some fashion to shape us for who we are, lended their grace and dignity to our experience and made us all the better by the opportunity. The horse is ever so noble and majestic. It is simply a shame to take joy and privilege in his life, and then steal his lingering years - rob their comfort and earned respite to some other end. We want to create a place of honor for all our sport horses thus impacting the entire horse community’s moral posture.
