Thank you for your interest in joining the Southern Pines Sports Horse Foundation community. SPSHF.COM (the "web site") is owned and operated by the Southern Pines Sports Horse Foundation. The Southern Pines Sports Horse Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization under the Internal Revenue Code.
SPSHF.COM enables you to make online charitable donations to Southern Pines Sports Horse Foundation or to make online purchases of products and gifts for sale from our gift shop via the Internet. We also make certain materials, resources and information available to you on our web site solely for educational purposes.

of North Carolina, United States of America, and shall be governed
in all respects by the laws of the State of North Carolina, regardless

you irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue
in Carthage , North Carolina , and waive any jurisdictional, venue
or inconvenient forum objections. You agree that any disputes arising

and your credit card provider holds you liable for any charges, we will compensate
you for the amount of your liability up to $50.

The Southern Pines Sports Horse Foundation reserves the right to contact site
