Where did this idea come from?

This started due to the director’s belief that as we bring a horse into our family, we accept responsibility for the care of the horse throughout his life. Naturally this includes the years beyond his serviceable life as part of the responsibility. Even though his performance years are over, his value as a former partner that provided countless experiences and added value to our life through his existence, still remains.
